Richard O'Connor

Richard has been invovled with boxing for over 23 years, originally starting as an amateur boxer himself before dabbling in the world of professional boxing.Following retirement from professional boxing Richard decided to pass on his knowledge and expertise to the next generation of boxers.

Richard is a level one England Boxing Coach, DBS enchanced certified, first aid trained. He also holds a BBBOC seconds license where he still assists with professional boxing as a cut man.
